We are currently having problems sending emails to Microsoft services.
So if you have an email account with Microsoft such as …@Hotmail.xxx, …@Outlook.xxx, …@office.xxx, …@live.xxx then we have no way to answer you and you will not receive an order confirmation etc. If you have another email address with another email provider, better use this. We are currently in discussion with Microsoft to solve the problem.
If you have already ordered and have not received an order confirmation or dispatch email, it is due to the problem mentioned above. You can also write to us with your name and an alternative email address, then we can change this in the order and send you the order confirmation again.
Orders that have been paid for directly (PayPal & Klarna (Sofortüberweisung) will of course be processed and sent as normal.
Please note, if you write to us via the email addresses mentioned, we CANNOT reply. If you are a user with the email addresses mentioned, simply write an email to your provider (Hotmail, Outlook, Office, Live,) that you would like to receive emails from us (email@example.com).
